This mantle is one set of spare parts of cone crusher. There one piece of mantle and one piece of concave in cone crusher. There is a working chamber in cone crusher which formed by mantle and concave. Mantle is installed in the lower position and concave in the upper position. The discharge opening size is controlled by the shape of mantle and concave. There are three types of mantle and concave for each model, course, middle size, fine. The material will be extruded and ground by both mantle and concave again and again in the working chamber. It will be discharged when the material ground to ideal size. The mantle outer surface and concave inner surface has direct contacting with material. So mantle and concave also belongs to quick wearing spare parts. It needs to be replaced after some time usage. The frequency of replacing mantle and concave is decided by hardness of rock and also the usage time. The material of mantle is ZGMn13Cr2. If customers want to buy extra mantle for stock from other suppliers, drawing of mantle is needed.
